Welcome to the CB Associates website. We are mechanical and electrical building services consultants. We are a small consultancy, providing a high degree of personal involvement.

Who We Are +
CB Associates was formed by Simon Calder-Brown over 11 years ago and aims to provide Clients with sensible, engineered solutions to new projects or refurbishments. We are able to advise at all stages of scheme development from design to handover.
Examples of some of our projects are available for viewing on the project list page. Our facilities include CAD, design software and we produce drawings up to A0 format.
We are able to handle small to medium sized projects, up to £1m M&E. Sometimes it is the smaller projects that present the most difficult problems, demanding our type of experience with existing buildings and tight schedules.

Our range of services offered includes all aspects of mechanical and electrical design, from air conditioning to exterior floodlighting.
We have recent experience of large private houses, purpose built flats, hotel upgrades, warehousing and production facilities, various church lighting schemes and extensions and office and commerical developments.
